Today, Ottawa features millions of tulips in bloom. These pictures were captured at the Commissioner’s Park beside Dow’s Lake and Rideau Canal. We didn't really explore other parks since we came in the afternoon. But they say that this park has the highest concentration of tulips during the festival. Anyway, we would visit Ottawa frequently since my bf's parents live in the city. I hope to explore it once again as I find it different from Montreal.
I'm trying to get my blogging mojo back but it's hard! Hope I could get back to regular blogging by next week. I wanted to share this because there might be some Canadians who are not aware of this festival. People from Toronto or Montreal could easily visit, so here are some beautiful sights you'll see in Ottawa this week until Victoria Day. It's not as big as the tulips farms in Netherlands but I'm sure you'll appreciate what our Capital City could offer. Don't miss it! :D
