A little bit of luxury

Best Lip Products
Hello! Today, I'm sharing the recent additions on my beauty stash! Honestly, my beauty stash has been boring lately. I'm giving some love to products that I have right now before buying new ones. That being said, I'm always open to receiving beauty gifts! Hehe These two lovely products have been on my wishlist for quite some time now and I'm so happy that I finally have these in my beauty collection. By the way, before we continue to the main topic, I want to take this chance thank people who read and leave comments on my blog. I'm sorry if I couldn't reply on some comments because I'm busy with school. Luckily, my blog wont' be so quiet because I've prepared some blog posts to share on the blog for the next coming weeks. Anyway, without further ado, let's talk about these wonderful new treats!

YSL Rouge Volupte Shine Lipstick

YSL Rouge Volupte Shine Lipstick
I got this lipstick as a gift from my sister last Christmas. I've been wanting one for myself because of its pretty packaging. It' one of my most coveted make-up products.
I never bought one because these lipsticks are expensive (almost $45 CAD), that's equivalent to many drugstore or 2 MAC lipsticks! Oh well, I bought myself a NARS Audacious lipstick last year which has the same price, so why not collect more of these too. :D YSL Rouge Volupte Shine Lipstick is truly a luxurious lipstick and a joy to have in your make-up collection.

This lipstick is so creamy and surprisingly pigmented. It feels very lightweight therefore, it's so comfortable to wear. It also has a subtle shine that gives my face a glow. Although this lipstick does not last long, it leaves a pretty stain on the lips. The one I have is in the shade called #12 Coral Incandescent, a bright coral pink that will look lovely for the spring and summer season. Another bonus about this lipstick is the fruity scent that I really like it!

NUXE Rêve de Miel Ultra-Nourishing Lip Balm

NUXE Rêve de Miel Ultra-Nourishing Lip Balm
And finally, this super awesome lip balm! I could never get myself into buying this because it's quite expensive.
I usually just spend $5 on my lip balms and this amounts to $20 (including tax) in Canada! For that reason, I restrained myself from buying this product. My boyfriend actually bought this for me. This lip balm works wonders, so far, I haven't had any dry lips this winter. It is quite thick and has a little bit of grainy texture. I use it mostly at nighttime before going to bed but sometimes, I'll put a thin layer during the day before putting on a lipstick. I'm glad I have this now to protect my lips against the harsh Canadian winter.

Have you tried any of these products before?
