Easy Baked Cheesy Kale Chips Recipe



Our lovely neighbor gave us some fresh vegetables from her garden. She gave us a bunch of kale leaves and we didn't really know what to do with it. I remember from watching Mimi Ikkon videos on youtube that she bakes kale into chips which was a brilliant idea to try myself since because it seems so easy. Kale chips are not just delicious but also  healthy. Kale is rich with vitamins such as beta carotene, vitamin K and C. The perfect snack you can serve to your family , my little sister loves it!

INGREDIENTS:
  1. Olive oil
  2. Salt
  3. Cheddar cheese
  4. Kale leaves

INSTRUCTIONS



  1. Wash and dry kale leaves.
  2. Break them  into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Pour shredded cheese, a bit of salt and olive oil over kale and mix well.
  4. If you don't have a dehydrator like me, bake at your oven's lowest setting (275° F is recommended) for 20-30 mins, flipping the chips over halfway through.




This is such a very easy recipe to follow! Just be careful not to overcooked the leaves like what I did the first time. Getting it right will give you a result of a crunchy tasty chips. Try it and you'll love it. :)
